Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from www.tumi.com and the subdomain uk.tumi.com. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift box, and other charges. This refund policy does not apply to products which have been made to your specification or which have been personalised, for example, through monogramming. This also includes all Accent Your Alpha styles.

Please refer to the Return Instructions on the packing slip when returning your product. The product must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure refund.

If the product you have received is faulty or damaged, we will refund any shipping, handling, gift box, and other additional charges in addition to a refund of the purchase price. We will refund only the purchase price if you return the product because you have changed your mind.

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, not as described or where you exercise your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations as set out below.

When you buy online from www.tumi.com, you have additional rights as a consumer under the terms of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations to which we adhere. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations in the United Kingdom provide that you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase of a product within 7 working days after the date on which the product is delivered.

If you wish to exercise your right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, we will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge, provided that you have notified us in writing (via email or fax) no longer than 7 working days beginning the day after the date on which you receive the Product(s), and that you have taken reasonable care of the Product(s) and not used them. Please follow the procedure set out in our Returns procedure.
