In an effort to provide you with the most accurate sizing information, Tumi includes handles, wheels and exterior pockets when measuring our bags. This means that for our wheeled styles--including carry-ons--the published dimensions may be larger than the core case dimensions. If the core case size meets carry-on guidelines, we classify it as a carry-on. Experience shows that our designated carry-ons are allowed on board commercial carriers for U.S. domestic flights*. Our smaller, international carry-on styles meet both U.S. domestic and international carry-on allowances.

*Because airlines update carry-on guidelines frequently, and size rules vary for different airlines, equipment and flights, there is never a guarantee that a case will be allowed as a carry-on. With this in mind, we recommend that you contact your airline directly with questions about specific carry-on sizing.

Please refer to the Return Instructions on the packing slip when returning your product. The product must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.

    The Tumi Tracer® is an exclusive, complimentary program that helps reunite Tumi customers with their lost or stolen items. The core of the program is a unique 20-digit individual product number printed on a special metal plate that is permanently affixed to Tumi products. That number, along with the owners contact information, is entered into our Tracer database when a bag is registered with us, and used to help aid in the recovery of lost or stolen items that are reported to us.
